About Me
As the screen name Frosty Philosopher (I missed the 't' when I typed it in at first it looks like!) implies, I'm just a young philosopher. I'm a first year graduate student in the Philosophy department here at the University of Colorado. It's not the most Christian-friendly place in the world, but I was inspired as an undergrad by reading some Christian philosophers, and thought, "Hey! They get to just think about all of these important questions for a living?! I can do that!"
I enjoy philosophy, reading, writing, walking, talking and thinking with people. I think one of the root problems with people today is their lack of thinking. I also like working out; jogging at the gym is easy enough to do, when I have more time I swim and lift weights. Just like most people, I like movies, in fact I love movies. My friends and I play video games, go lazer tagging, play racquetball, and just hang out.
I like music, most all kinds of music, and especially Ska, Reggae, and other island flavored beats. I usually like it upbeat, with a fast rythm, but the slower varieties can be great when you just want to chill. As I said though, I like lots of music.

I know a lot of the current Christian philosophers like Dr. Craig et al. as well as many Theology professors have built much of their work based on Plantinga. I believe he's officially retired now, so he doesn't have any new stuff in the last couple decades, but yes, he's quite a force to be reckoned with as far as 20th century Christian philosophy. |
dcarrington 2 months agoYes, I am very interested in Christian philosophy and theology. I listen to quite a few podcasts of theology lectures from places like Covenant Worldwide Seminary and such and also enjoy reading Dr. William Lane Craig, Craig Blomberg, Gary Habermas, etc. |

Which Veritas Forum were you referring to? I found one at www.veritas.org and another one at www.veritasforum.com.
I'm assuming you're referring to the latter.
