Wazup? I haven't been on in awhile, but My church will be hiring a youth pastor on April 20!!! It's about time!! It's been 8 months since we've had a youth pastor!

Hey...
I don't know how to put it in words, so just please pray for me! My church hasn't had a youth pastor since last july and the youth pastor we did have left without saying a word of goodbye and I'm still having to cry myself to sleep!!!!!! I know you must be thinking "he would leave sometime, what's the big deal?". the thing is that we were supposed to go to FL for this conferance called SLU( student leadership university), and we found out the friday before we were supposed to go that we were not going to be able to go!!! I worked my butt off to go to this conferance!!!! He told us we would get through it together, but he LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE!!!!!!!!! The following sunday he said "how's it going?" and that was the last time I saw him!!!!!! It's just a hard thing to forgive someone who might as well of stabbed my heart, because the pain would have been less!!!! SO, PLEASE PRAY!!!!!!!! I REALLY NEED IT!!!!!!!!

This weekend God spoke to me! I went to a conferance called YEC(youth evangilisim conferance).
Have you ever had one of those moments when the world just stops....? and you feel something deep inside of you...? Well, this weekend that's what happend to me! Here's my story:
At YEC there was this speaker named David Platt. He told everyone that he would be reading from the book of Isiah chapter 1. He starts to quote the first verse from memory, and then he's quoting the 1st chapter. I'm thinking to myself " wow, I can't believe he memorized a whole chapter!". He keeps on going untill he's already been quoting 5 chapters! I felt that feeling deep within where you know that God is speaking to you. People start to go down to the stage and drop on there knees in prayer! I felt that feeling again & I asked Elizabeth(my best friend) to go down there and pray with me! There wasn't a dry eye from the people on there knees, including me! I was amazed by this man! & by the time he was done speaking the had quoted 8 or 9 Chapters!!!
I know you must be wondering "what did that have to do with God talking to you?" Well, God showed me that we can memorize thousands songs that DON'T glorify Him, yet we kinda hum the hyms on Sundays. We can spend hours reading a good book, but reading a chapter of the bible is like pulling teeth! You don't understand how good we have it!!!!!! God speaks to us everyday.....but do we listen? some of us listen, but do we do anything about it?. I didn't mean to give a sermon, but God has really put this on my heart and I wasn't going to let it fade!

hiya, I don't know about you but I'm sick of hearing "Happy Holidays!". Jesus is the reason for the season! it's not about the sales, presents, & so on!!! If you agree, tell EVERYONE merry CHRISTmas! I'm not saying I want to hurt peoples feelings, but my feelings are getting hurt b/c people keep on ignoring Jesus this time of year! so, like I said tell people merry Christmas!!

My life has so much drama right now, My friend is dating my sister's crush & she know my sister likes him!!(ugg, life reaks) idk, that's the drama in my life!! woohoo, if that's all the drama then I'm lucky!!! oh wait, My friend is way to busy to call me, hangout with me, just anything that friends are suposed to do!!! I mean on my b-day I went to the mall and I invited her & then she goes ALABAMA!!!!! she didn't have to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whatever! okay, well I hope this was good!
