A great book for witnessing to anyone including atheists is called Questioning Evangelism....Randy Newman. It's about how to engage in conversation using questions like Jesus did. That book changed the way I share in that you ask questions to see where they are ooming from so that the Lord can lead in how to answer. I used to be so quick to respond that I missed learning where the person I was talking with had stumbling blocks. By asking questions of what they were saying not only helped me become a better listener it showed the person I was really interested in them. Quick read. Great tool!

Not an atheist, but my boss is a Jehovah's Witness....so I in some ways it's almost the same thing.

That's a great point dcarrington. It is also interesting how atheism is pretty much a religion in itself.

To claim God (or anything else for that matter) does not exist assumes that you are aware of everything that DOES exist. Therefore, atheists must have a very high opinion of their own knowledge.
