Have you ever felt like this? "I cry out to God without holding back. Oh, that God would listen to me! When I was in deep trouble, I searched for the Lord. All night long I pray, with hands lifted toward heaven, pleading. There can be no joy for me until he acts." Psalm 77:1-3 Does reading this verse bring to mind a time when you have cried to God for deliverance or peaceful consolation. It is in these times when God comes to us and we can really experience Him. I know sometimes it stinks to have to go through the rough to get to know who God is. Unfortunately it's the downside to leaving in a sinful world. So I challenge you to do what you can to change your world by choosing to be positive and hopeful. When our attitude changes our problems will look so much smaller.

Let me ask you what makes you happy? What gives you joy? Is it praising God, singing, working out, spending time with family and friends? One of life's greatest joys is spending time with God. His word uplifts my spirits, calms my emotions, and puts a smile on my face. "Sing to the Lord, all you godly ones! Praise his holy name. His anger lasts for a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may go on all night, but joy comes in the morning!" Psalm 30:4-5

In these verses we are reminded of how much importance God places on our lives and on taking care of us. Jesus can heal our wounds. No matter what you've been through God is there willing to heal us. Take a look at Matthew Chapter 8. Have you been hurt from a relationship? I have grwoing up my dad was very conditional about his love. I had to work very hard to earn his approval. It made me resent him and left me hurt for a long time. Thankfully God has healed me, He is my father and I can trust Him. His love is UNCONDITIONAL! God lets us go through certain circumstances to help others.
