i whole heatredly agree wit wat u say. i believe it is sinning if u have an abortion. i think life begins wen u concieve, and anything against it is murder and blasphamy against God, the creater of all things. and ppl say, "wat if she was raped or somethin?" well God wouldnt create a life 4 no reason, even if the girl was raped. i also believe that our government is hypocritical. in the fact that abortion is legal, yet if a person hits a woman in the stomach while she is pregnant and kills the baby, its 1 count of murder, or if they kill a pregnant woman, then its 2 counts of murder. i think its all murder. sry about the political talk, but this is how i feel. i feel very strongly about this subject.

I also agree that abortion is wrong. I have written a number of papers and done a great deal of research on the subject and I believe it's a gross blasphemy against God. hearing what jesus_rocks777 says about rape, but does make sense now. i never knew how to take that, but God is in control and He wouldn't let someone get pregnant unless she was supposed to. makes sense...

i mean i know if it happened 2 me and my gf, wen i get 1, it would b really hard 2 accept at the time but all life is important 2 God. and my pastor said last week that "if we consider life 2 start at conception, than wouldnt rejection start 2 affect the baby at conception?", so we must love all of Gods created life no matter the circumstance. and if u feel that it isnt the right time or u cant handle it at the time. just remember, who r we 2 tell God wat His timin should b? and God said in the bible that He will never give us more than we can handle.

and adoption is always a good alternative. i mean i know not all families r goin 2 b good, but its better than murderin ur child.

oh wow, abortion is a HUGE topic with people in the world, cuz they get all scientific and are like, OH, WELL, TECHNICALLY they are not a human being until they are so-and-so days old, and im just like WUTEVA!! i say, IF YOU DIDN'T WANT A BABY, THEN WHY DID YOU, sorry, DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE TO HAVE ONE!! it's their fault!!! no one to blame except for themselves!!

I personally grieve over every abortion; my husband and I cannot have kids. So, I firmly believe that God opens or closes the womb according to His will. (even though WE want to take credit for "making a baby")

I also grieve for every woman who makes the decision to have an abortion. How many women are in circumstances of poverty, violence & danger? Yes, it "takes a village" to raise a child. Why aren't we stepping in to change lives & promote Godly choices?

How many families choose to end a life because they would have to give up their newer car, larger home, better neighborhood, or retirement fund to raise an additional member? It seems like we are accumulating stuff rather than people.

Finally, I serve as the hospital chaplain on a labor & delivery floor. I've been there for families through fetal demises as small as 15 weeks old. It is undeniably a human being, even that tiny!

wat does the 6% represent? "Even in the more difficult 6% of instances, abortion should never be the first option." just wonderin.

ok i hav a question. wat do u think about having an abortion to save the mothers life? i think its wrong because just as jesus gave his life for us i think its the least a pregnant woman can do to save her babys life rather than get an abortion. i just want to kno wat everybody else thinks

I HAVE A FRIEND who would alway debate about abortion and i agree with Jay all the way and think that abortion is really bad!!

i have a friend who said that he was against abortion but wanted to give people the choice to choose.

That's a good question. I'm against abortion all the way. And there are so many other options abortion does not need to be one.

politically speakin, i would have 2 say if some1(obama) is 4 abortion they will never get my vote on anything. but if they r against it(mccain) i would vote 4 them.

it's like giving people a choice on murder. We all know it's wrong,
but we should let people have the choice there, right? Abortion is
murder. While some people say 'It's the woman's body, she should have
the right to choose', the living baby inside of her is not her life to
take, regardless of the fact that it is inside her.

Here's a good point someone on our website made:

 I said earlier this week in school, if a woman is pregnant,
and loses her baby in a car wreck, how can the other guy be charged for the crime? How is it that when the woman wants an abortion,
it's not murder, but if she didn't want it, and an accident occurred, it is a crime? Just because it's the woman's choice whether she wants it

i work at a hospital and i find it so hard to be nice to the people that come in and have had numerous abortions. When patients come in to the emergency room we have to ask them about any surguries or procedures. I get patients in that have abd pain and when they tell me history they say they have had multiple abortions and so on... I find it so disturbing because there are people that try for years yo have children of their own but they can't.

I have been through the experience of watching friends from high school get older and see what they say versus what they wuld really do if they were in that situation. I had a couple classes witha friend that i went to high school with, i ended up letting her move into my house because her parents kicked her out for not wanting to be mormon. She used to speak out again abortion in English class when we had debates about it but while she was living with me she slept with her boyfriend and got pregnant.... guess what she did..? she had an abortion...... i couldn't believe it! I was shocked!!
