Psalms 4. ch.1 Evening Prayer For Deliverance.

Hear me when i call, O God of my righteousness; You have enlarged me when I was in distress; Have mercey upon me, and here my prayer.

David has always been an intriguing study of devotion and godly affection. His Psalms are generally prayers of various kinds and it is obvious that he is Praying always with all prayer

( Eph. 6:18 ) David is the only person in scripture who is known by the description. " a man after [ God's ] own heart"

( 1 Sam 13: 14 ) David knew how to pray, no matter what the circumstances: and his psalms are great models of prayers that that speak to all lifes issues.. In Psalms 4 ch. 1 David appeals to God to "hear" him. He roots this appeal in God as his righteousness. He bases his appeal on his present need for deliverance by reminding God of former times of " enlargement"

            Final Thoughts

Everyone who prays needs a history of answered prayer. It is the foundation for beliving prayer . David teaches us not to pray with fiegned lips David gives us the striking picture of prayer as an incense offered to God.

                                        Thanks Again Everyone

Glad to see you on fire and found your gift. I am "holding on" right now. The storms are too loud to hear Him so I cling on to promises, but am feeling weak. Pray for me, please
