sometimes!! people are like 'you aren't homeschooled you just stay home all day doing nothing!!' homeschoolers don't have to listen to the teacher tell the rest of the class to settle down & most of the time i have a lot of free tome cause i finish my stuff so fast!! lately that's not true cause i was sick & have to catch up.

I agree, kids in public school waste so much time just hanging out. Homeschoolers get twice as much done in the same amount of time. It is really cool that you can (usually) take off time when you want to and then catch up later.

Yeah! i would have 2 agree with u on that cuz we get done a little after lunch or late afternoon it all depends on the day we are having, and being homeschooled we dont take time out between classes or recess or P.E. also we don't have to wait 4 a bus AND we can do our school in our pjs (if wanted 2). I LOVE being homeschooled but this is my last year cuz i'm a senior.=(

It really annoys me that people think since we're homeschooled we don't have a life and live in a cave. :P like my friends who had a guy be all like "oh we went to Applebees that's a restaurant you know." well duh yeah we know. :P and then the thing that we don't have any friends and can't communicate with anyone. Yeah right.
I love being homeschooled!!!! I thank God all the time my parents decided to do it, especially since I'm not that good at like science and math so I'd probably be really struggling if I was in school.

i hate it when ppl think we dont know how to make friends its like hello where not handicapped where just homeschooled

i was swimming once and i meet this guy and he asked what schooled i went to and i was like im homeschooled and then he started treating me like crap:P little jerk... sorry.. im proud to be homeschooled and i want ppl to respect me for that..

just wanted to say hey whats up? I was homeschooled for nine of the best years of my life. the only reason i did not graduate as a homeschooler was because my mom wanted to go back to work my junior year so i finished at a private school. I gotta say that some people will knock you for being homeschooled. but dont let it get you down. I was able to go straight from high school to a four-year christian college and do relatively well (even the student body president one year was a 12-year homeschooler!!). So hang in there, love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you (yeah i know, it was originally talking about our faith but hey, it still applies =D ).
